I Understand.

My need to find an understanding of what suffering has to give us, started 20+ years ago. I had a hard time believing that ailments could exist without a built in remedy, in this dimension. I have since learned that the challenges we endure are nothing more than learning experiences, and when we have decided that enough is enough from these circumstances, we can move on from them. It is just a choice.

I have also realized that life makes no mistakes and that our experience molds us in a very meaningful way. In a way that we had already planned and are now executing, here on earth. I don't have all the answers, but I am happy to share what I have learned and together we can help you move forward to the version of yourself you want to be.

Clinical Hypnosis, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Introspective Hypnosis and Reiki are just a few of the many modalities that exist out there. These modalities are ones that I actively use on myself and others.
